This is a video of Conte specifically speaking on how athletes are using the missed tests loophole to cheat. Fans have been tweeting this video at the Charlo's since their missed tests was made public. lol

And I think Monroe has advertised SNAC in the past so Charlo I guess taking shots at Conte.

Interesting, I know this guy was busted for helping create this sort of thing in the past, i like the fact that he has now done a 180 and trying to help catch all these drug cheats.

if i were charlo id be very wary of entering into testing bankrolled by a major drugs cheat with a personal issue with me and a testing company that seems highly corruptible
really would be keen on that

Mmm. I'm not for a second accusing that Conte is still involved in doping, but there has been a coupla of occasions where he's released statements regarding failed tests that don't stand scrutiny. No doubt he's knowledgable in his field but I'd be inclined to treat his statements with a degree of caution cos he does seem to be more forgiving of some fighters than others. Ain't really appropriate for a guy who's sold himself as an authority on the subject.

Conte has been on the other side and he knows all of the tricks athletes do to circumvent testing.

He is correct in saying it is highly su****ious that Charlos missed a test without a reasonable explanation, as to why they didn't inform the WBC of there change in whereabouts then didn't answer the phone.

IMO unless there is an extreme situation like car crash, serious illness etc... a missed test should count as a failed test.
