Newsflash... when someone only lands one significant punch in their entire career, which they land with their eyes closed against a fading fighter, it does not make them good. So yes, Tarver was able to land one punch. He also lost to journeymen Eric Harding and Glen Johnson, because he wasn't able to find that lucky punch on those nights, and he lost every round to an undersized 41 year old.

Against Foreman he got lucky that a young and inexperienced fighter punched himself out from beating the crap out of him along the ropes, and he would have gotten killed in a rematch.

Never beat another top fighter, in their prime, because he lost whenever he had the chance against Mosely, Trinidad, and Hopkins. Almost all of his big wins were gift decisions i.e. Quartey, Sturm, Whitaker. Boxers are called "fighters" because they are supposed to "fight", not run around the ring like a chicken **** singing pop songs.

                  That was pretty weak.
He beat Fraizer 2 outta 3 and was winning the Foreman fight. He wasnt featherfisted by any means.
