So why not bring him right back to PBC and let's see how Charlo's performance against him stacks up to Jacobs performance, yeah?

Unless, for some reason, Team Charlo or Al aren't as confident as the fans are that the comparison would flatter Charlo?

The fight I really want to see with both Charlo and Bivol is, well I gave it away, Charlo vs Bivol at 168. My belief is they both walk around at the same weight, at or just below 190 lbs. If you're a new boxing fan and you dont think that's possible, let me just remind you that a 130 lbs champ Gervonta Davis started his Pedraza camp at 163 lbs, and a 135 champ Mikey Garcia, who is actually a better example, said he was over 170 lbs early in the Lipinets camp, and a 147 champ, Crawford, was a ripped 177 lbs to start his Jeff Horn camp. So if 130 to 147 pounders walk around between 160 and 180 lbs, then certainly one of the tallest middleweights, with one of the longest reaches, who is also quite muscular, would typically weigh 185 lbs + naturally at minimum, if not 190. Billy Joe Saunders recently said his natural weight is 189 lbs, and Charlo looks the same size as him. Bivol said his normal weight is 190 as well, so that's why I think Bivol vs Charlo is THE fight to make in 2019.

But, if for some reason Bivol vs Charlo doesn't happen until the second half of 2019 or early 2020, I'd like to see Jacobs vs Charlo, or Charlo vs Dereyvanchenko next.
i dont thik charlo him self will be interested on facing a live body before the canelo payday... that will be a good fight for me...

I would be very interested. Haymon has actually made Jermall a middleweight champion without ever fighting a legit top 25 middleweight. Let's see how good of middleweight the bragging young lion is against a middleweight who can really fight well and is ranked 7th in the world by Ring. Jemall might be very good but he has yet to prove it 160. This fight would show how good he is or isn't as a middleweight. Jermall's next fight is with a 35 year old that boxrec ranks 54th at 160. Jermall will probably knock him out but it won't prove much. The guy is not at the championship level and should not be fighting for a world title.

Except he isn't actually a middleweight champion, so there's that.

Absolutely, this would be a very good fight. It is clear the WBC isn't mandating him to fight Canelo anytime soon and GGG fight is unlikely as well.

Derevyanchenko's manager is still discussing network deals for his fighter and he may be heading to DAZN. Maybe Al can pay him big money to fight Charlo before making the move.

People would only say that he beat a fighter that Jacobs already beat and that he never beat anyone of note and give him no credit.

Why not, its a logical fight. Dervy is a solid opponent and Charlo beating him would give him more of a chance to get the better names.

No, I think real boxing fans would rather see Canelo face his mandatory obligations instead of fleeing the division.

LOVE this fight but Derevyenchenko will be built back up first maybe 1 or 2 fights before a Charlo or another Champion

I like Derevyenchenko vs Maciej Sulecki, the winner gets right back in mix at 160 after both losing to Jacobs. Derevyenchenko vs Jack Culcay in a IBF Eliminator to get him back on track first wouldn't be bad either

                      Yeah, I'm interested.
I'm also interested in Jacobs vs Charlo.
Problem is Jermall is not interested. What can we do?
He'll most likely fight Dominic Wade next after a long layoff.
