Canelo has basically 3 options when it comes to credible opponents. Jacobs, Charlo and callum Smith (if he plans to stay at 168) . Anything else is likely a disappointment but I'm sure it will still be defended by his rabid fan base.

I prefer those guys 1st but wouldnt hate on Canelo if he fought Andrade, Zurdo, or Uzi?? Heck even Bivol at 168 im watching.

I would watch a 3rd fight with GGG but that would my least favorite of them.

And no Canelo fan is gonna defend Lemuix. Especially right after Fielding.

DJ is a risk sure but its more about biggest finiancial set up Team Canelo sees $$ 1st then fighters. Canelo will fight anybody DJ is no different he's good but shaky chin average defense.

First..Jacobs is a bully...

He is a light heavy weight for a long time.

He brags about a loss to GGG..Like a win

He came into that fight in the high 180's

remember he gave up the belt he's now wearing to skip the scales..High Reach & weight & still ran & lost.

News flash...Canelo will pick Munguia, Murata, Brant and Lemieux at 168. Easy work all.




Canelo has no interest in fighting Charlo, Andrade, BJS, Jacobs or Derevyanchenko not happening, not what Canelo is about. Maybe he'll challenge himself with an older, much slower Golovkin or Cento Jr

Let's wait and see till his next opponent is announced before you go hating like you always do..

When is Rosado going to get his shot? lol. I really think Canelo will fight Jacobs next. If its a great fight they'll fight again in Sept. While GGG fights Charlo or smith at 168 maybe even Gilberto Ramirez.

Gilberto Ramirez said he will go to 175 to fight Gvozdyk in his next fight, which is a great fight, maybe Ramirez had a hard time making 168 vs Jesse Hart, he faded in the second half, so scratch out Ramirez as a Canelo opponent, but the fact he is fighting Gvozdyk next is good news.
