    A sample collected from Willie Monroe Jr., pursuant to the WBC Clean Boxing Program yielded an adverse finding for a banned substance. The WBC feels compelled to provide a preliminary report of the situation in light of the timing of Mr. Monroe's upcoming bout for the WBC Interim World Title scheduled for December the 22nd.

          Everyone knows test boosters are a scam and don’t work. Exogenous testosterone via injection aka steroids is really the only way to test positive.

                                  They receive a phone call just before the test. They answer it and tell the collector where they currently are. If they do not answer the phone and do not answer their door, well that is a skipped test. Both brothers apparently did not have their phones on that day.

                                      I'm not gonna lie-I found it very su****ious that he tested positive after Charlo missed his test. Just too convenient for me.
