Fella's voice is too annoying, can you paraphrase what he says that proves what you claim?

Kubrat Pulev was placed as Mandatory for the IBF prior to the AJ Klitschko fight

The IBF allowed AJ to fight Klitschko on the condition that he fight Pulev next

Ortiz was placed as mandatory for the WBA after the AJ Klitschko fight

The WBA and IBF came to an agreement that Pulev be given the first mandatory since he was already in line, with Ortiz to come after

Ortiz decides to fight Wilder instead of waiting and then fails a drugs test and is banned by the WBA and WBC for a year

WBC overturn their ban, WBA does not, Ortiz cannot fight for WBA, Wilder gives him another shot and he get's ko'd

Ortiz is an old fossil being kept alive with PEDs and blood pressure pills. The problem here, Mr. Hickey, is there's too much choice given to modern day champions. Either fight the mandatory or unify, end of. Obviously if there is a unified champion, they would have to negotiate an order that the mandatories are fulfilled, as this whiney little fooker claims happened here.

I can understand why boxing fails to bring in many new fans. Five, six or even seven champions per division, and that's not including the Interim belts. Five, six or even seven different mandatory challengers per division. It's a real mess and only getting worse. Different rules like "if someone is mandatory in one org they can't be in another orgs rankings", etc. Just make it worse and water down the subsequent rankings. Champions of other orgs can't be in rankings either.

But we already new this.?? Only people with agendas try to make out AJ ducked Ortiz! How could Ortiz be AJ mandatory before Pulev when the first title AJ won was the IBF and Pulev was already his mandatory before AJ even won the WBA!

Was he supposed to give the WBA mandatory (Ortiz) a title shot when he didn't even have that title?

I think most people who follow the sport already knew this, the narrative that Hearn signed him to keep him away from Joshua is just plain dumb. Not saying that couldn’t be the case but you don’t sign someone to keep them apart. You sign them and put them together to maximise your own profit.

Depends on the sense of humour. I actually find his voice comedic especially the sidekick that seems to be dropping some stuff in between.
