I see. Still not sure why basketball hasn't picked up more in England as it has in other European countries.

Do you guys even get any NBA games? My cousins from London follows NFL and NBA fairly heavy which kind of surprised me, but not sure if he is just streaming games or you guys have some channel that picks up certain games.

I have no love for the BBC by the way.
Ahh ok. I thought he was nominated the year he beat Wlad?

The media establishment will never forgive Tyson Fury for badmouthing their protected LGBT group, I think he also suggested ***ish conspiracies.

Yeah we get all those games here on sky and BT sport, and trust me we have die hard British fans of basketball and NFL here. And when NFL games are played at Wembley it’s parked and prices are sky high. But football is just like 90% of our lives here... then maybe Rugby, cricket, boxing, F1 etc comes underneath.

He was, i was having a look through the rules to see why he wasnt nominated. I actually missed the first paragraph and it says...

'An expert independent panel (hereafter 'the Panel') will convene in November 2018 to decide the shortlist of sportspeople for the BBC Sports Personality of the Year award'.

                  Must be why.

I'm just joking. I know nothing about either sport to be fair.

Sometimes you gotta bend the rules for a performance like that
