I think he is too small for 175 as well. He would have to cherry pick there and not clean it out. At 175 guys start having the frames to go to heavyweight.

You Golovkin haters never fail to make normal people squirm in disgust. It's always the same mantra chanted by sick hateful people.

Who actually stepped up when GGG was saying such thing? Nobody.

Ward turned down HBO's offer, sued his manager, went up in weight himself fought bums for his debut fights before fighting Kovalev. Three years later, he finally made a fake offer to GGG after the Lemieux fight was already made and at the same time the Cotto/Canelo winner was in waiting.

BTW, are you comparing Fielding to Ward? Fielding would have ducked GGG, believe me.

we will never know cause guess what over a decade (a entire career) GGG has never dared to be great, has never tried to test himself at a weight class above

Poeple making fun of Canelo for fighting Fielding saying "HE DIDNT FIGHT BEST AT 168LB" but guess what Canelo moved up from 154 and fought the best at 154 (GGG) and beat him and moved on. So that argument is invalid cause Canelo proved he does it meanwhile GGG says 154-168 and fights nobody but Gabe Rosado.

From Beefy right thru The Rock. Impressive.
Might be more impressed if he defended his MW title vs a legit contender. Oh, I forgot, he was lining up the Canadian for May.

He fought for a fake title 168 against barely a top-10 contender. Big deal. Canelo lost twice to GGG, and lost to Lara and lost to Floyd. He's not as great as you think. Entertaining style and fun to watch, however.

Since when did staying in 1 weight class mean he a fighter doesn’t want to be great , I guess someone should inform Hagler

Not hating non canelo , he truly wants to be great and should get props for the fact he’s willing to fight anyone

But Canelo as the $ man has the leverage to make the fights when it’s most advantageous to him. Most fighters don’t have this luxury

Avoiding Gennady for years to age while making up a weighclass could only be pulled off by a fighter of Canelos stature.

But stop hyping up a Feilding win as anything special it isn’t .

The point is Canelo fought Lara at 154.
                  He fought Golovkin at 160.
He fought Fielding at 168. With possibly more fights to follow at the weight.

While one guy and his promotional team just blew hot air about "anyone from 154 to 168" Canelo actually went out and did it.

If you call a razor tight split decision 'dominating' I'm struggling to imagine what superlatives you'll find to describe what Canelo does to a 37 year old Golovkin...

Hey hey rocky fielding isn’t exactly “anyone” at 168. If he fights smith with no rehydration clause then I’ll agree with this statement. But I think it’s best he just moves back down
