If they do fight again I can see GGG getting knocked out this time if GGG puts it all on the line.
I could also see Nelo getting knocked out to in the same scenario.
I do think it would be more like a 60/40 kinda fight going Canelos way.

Canelo would never KO GGG in the trilogy because they will never allow if. They’ll bring on Lemieux after Fielding, then a voluntary defense because the WBC are spineless crooks. Meanwhile Charlo, Jacobs, Andrade, GGG, all great fights will not happen for years.

They will age GGG at least a year maybe more like they did every fight. Also Canella never bullied GGG he stayed and fought but ggg never was on the ropes !

After this win if Lemieux wins he is the obvious next fight. After tough ggg fights he’s cashing in with easier fights. A side of boxing picks and chooses.

Oscar couldn't sell hot chocolate in a winter blizzard, so fake...he & Dana White, crooks! So happy I'm not connected to their business!

GGG will surely go down in the trilogy.

Not according to GGG own trainer who NEVER wanted GGG backing up and fighting like he did.

GGG trainer Able Sanchez answer when directly asked was why GGG was backing up from Canelo after they demanded Mexican Style talk and was that the game plan you had.

“I wanted Golovkin to fight Canelo. If Canelo was gonna stand in the middle of the ring, I wanted him to fight Canelo. He decided it was better to do the things that he did." - Able Sanchez

Asked a follow up on why he did that

“If I start to make excuses about Golovkin, then I’m taking away from the victory of Canelo, and that’s ridiculous. We as coaches can only coach them and do the best we can in the gym and have a game plan. When we get in there, they see things that maybe are better for them. We can’t force them to do something they don’t want to do." - Able Sanchez

So if Sanchez wanted him to fight Mexican Style with Mexican Style not run away from it that was the plan before the fight he told him over and over STOP backing up during the fight then why didn't GGG do it? Because Canelo bullied him. He bullied the bully. You don't have to be on the ropes to get bullied and forced into something you don't want. Sanchez said after the fight listen I told him what to do but GGG was shook don't blame this on me LMAO

If the third fight happens anytime next year, I still think Golovkin has a great chance to win. Both those fights were wars, with most of those rounds close enough to score either way. I do believe Trip G is at a disadvantage, as I see Alvarez a much more varied offensive fighter. But, I still see enough power in Golovkin's punches to hurt him. He really had Alvarez hurt late in that rematch, and only Alvarez's underrated toughness kept him upright. However, I can not think of once Alvarez hurt Golovkin. He controlled a ton of that rematch, yes, but he never hurt him. Golovkin is cut from battleship cast iron, and I do not think Alvarez KO's him.

Third fight is just as interesting. I lean Alvarez.

How does he react when he knows his own trainer told him he's losing in the 8th then doubled down and told reporters that GGG didn't win the fight. Said he didn't want GGG backing up and constantly told him to stop fighting like that and all GGG could do was sit there shake his head yes I know and then went back in the ring and couldn't do anything but back up from a Mexican Style fight he begged for.

If and when they fight a 3rd time GGG knows he can't beat Canelo to the punch on the inside he backed up out of self preservation. We got 2 fights now and he still refuses to throw to the body because he's scared to be countered.

He refuses to take the risks to go for broke even with Canelo standing still in the middle of the ring because he doesn't want to go out on his shield. Canelo has total confidence knows he gets the better of exchanges and can do it off the back foot or coming forward beating GGG at his own game. Canelo get's better figures GGG out more every time they fight and GGG get's worse still no adjustments just excuses for why he can't his game going outside the jab. In a 3rd fight Canelo drops GGG with a body shot or his face falls apart even worse then the second fight and his corner stops the fight.

I hope you don't mind if I borrow that very good post
