I consider him the number 1 heavyweight in the world with the strongest claim to be the champion but as long as Wilder owns the WBC belt AJ won't be the undisputed champion until he gets that WBC belt. I think the lineal champion stuff is pure BS and Fury lost his claim to the lineal title when he didn't defend it for 3 years. However many recognize Fury as lineal champion so AJ needs to beat whoever wins the Fury Wilder rematch before everybody agrees he is the true heavyweight champion.
