how could they recoup any money off him..... ?

Both fighters are great. But Canelo has a greater career with the help of the big boss Oscar and the support of Mexican market, making him stand at the A corner and naturally be favored by a wider group.
If they exchange position, result will be different.
So, there is nothing to complain but to accept the fact, thats fate.
anyway, GGG has already gained enough money for the rest of their family life.

He will once you admit that you were juiced to the gills for the rematch even after you got popped for them the first time. However, VADA and the NSAC allowed you to cheat anyway by covering up your dirty drug tests.

            I doubt it !!

Canelo is more popular because he is a proven warrior

he fought Lara, against the wishes of his promoter

Golovkin made ridiculous excuses to kill any talk of a Lara fight

Canelo fought Cotto, Golovkin just made more silly excuses

Canelo moved up and fought Golovkin in his first real fight at middleweight..... Golovkin would have completely missed out on the HUGE payday that you are bragging about, if Canelo did not step up to the plate.....

Golovkin was willing to defend his title against Rosado at 158, but he was unwilling to defend his title against Cotto and Canelo at 158

in order to be a superstar like Canelo, Golovkin would have needed to..... a) never bullshlt his fans..... b) take the fights he avoided

Neither guy is remotely great. Good modern fighters that’s it. Golovkin is passed his best now but deserved the wins but neither guy is special.
