I'm not defending the Charlo's, as WBC Champions they have their damn obligations, they're grown men not children, so they should no question be more responsible and make sure it doesn't happen again. So the reason this became a story is 100% their fault for missing testing. That being said, while it comes off as su****ious, some fans are ready to see these guys get stripped and Banned as if they FAILED Testing or something
The Charlos' missed tests

I don't know the specifics of this situation, of whether it was announced or unannounced. What I'm saying though is that, in general, the term "random" testing is misleading, because that makes some people assume the fighters are literally tested on randomly determined days.
Whereas what really happens, is the testing agency very strategically picks the days to try to trick the fighter. There's nothing random about what day the tests occur. The agency is building a plan to try to maximize their chances of catching someone.Comment

The agency may pick the dates they want to test certain fighters, but they don't let the fighters know the days they are coming. That's what makes it random.I don't know the specifics of this situation, of whether it was announced or unannounced. it's splitting hairs, yes that's why it's thought of as "random," but really it's unannounced. what would make it random is the testing days being picked at random, not deliberately picked to maximize chances of catching someone.Comment

Sure, you are looking it in the perspective of the agency. I'm looking at it from the fighters perspective. For them it is considered a random test as it can happen at any time unannounced. If you want to say the word random here is a bit suspect then that's fine. Point still stands.Comment

I've long advocated for everyone to stop recognizing the WBA. Maybe if you knew how to read you'd like my posts more?Comment

What I want to know is what are they putting in the water that's turning the frogs gay, and does this also affect human beings? It would explain why America is less of a force in boxing nowadays.
Also, isn't the IBO technically the most important belt?Comment
