                Fury illegally used his forearm.

                Normally you would deduct a point, but he knocked down Cunningham illegally and it would have likely been unfair to ask Steve to continue after that.

                Hence, DQ.

                It's in the books as a KO, tho- and that is what it officially is, nevermind what the OP thinks.

                From memory I remembered Fury doing dirty stuff right at the knockout ...but after reviewing that footage just now, it's clear he did nothing illegal. That was a clean KO. Cunningham look hurt before he got clobbered with Fury's right hook.
