we won't know for a while who's number 1 thurman wants to have a couple more tune ups before he fights anybody who is a threat.

This guy all talk. Until he fights Crawford or Spence he needs to keep quiet. No one wants to see retreads of him fighting Shawn Porter and Danny Garcia.

All talk? He has a better resume at WW than both of them.

He’s currently not #1 at WW, and beating Lopez won’t change that. But to say he’s all talk... let me know when Crawford or Spence beat better opponents than unbeaten Garcia and Porter.

Thurman is no bum, nor is Lopez. Based on your avi pic, however, you certainly fit that bill. Where are you even accessing the internet, the public library?

Not sure if you realize it, but Thurman has a better resume than both of those guys.

Thurman will probably pick up some other injury while fighting Lopez.

Noone has done anything to take the crown from thurman. Hes still the number 1 even with his time off.

Also, the authorities were considering pressing felonious assault charges against Spence for his fights with Algieri (who went the distance with [a still very good] Pac) and Bundu (who went the distance with Keith). Oh, Spence also beat Peterson, who is somewhere between #8-#15. Then in his last fight, he fought a guy ranked higher than Lopez and Bummed's last opponent- and won via first round knockout with a body shot! That is why everyone has Spence ranked #1 at 147.
you made a semi case for Spence but none for Crawford.

Thurman's victories over DGarcia and Porter are more impressive than almost all of Spence's victories and overall has a better resume.

I'm not saying I'm not sold on them but Thurman has as much claim to #1 as anybody.

Why people talk about Spence with such respect, I mean, he fights Mikey Garcia next, lol.
