Pat McCormack and Peter McGrail are the standouts of the current British podium squad so whoever gets them will be in a good position. Frazer Clarke too since he's a heavyweight, although he's not quite up to the standard of Joshua and Joyce. The #2, Solomon Dacres, looks more athletic to me but also a bit rawer, although he's not that young himself
I love McCormack and was disappointed he didn't turn professional after the last Olympics. I watched him beat GRJ's brother in a really solid fight. And he performed well in the Olympics.

This class doesn't seem to be as good as the last class or even 2012, but they have some solid fighters. Team GB has a very good amateur system and there is no surprise they have been as successful as they have been on the international stage for the last 10 or so years.

I think it’s possible. If he has a unification against grj it will probably be in America, I imagine haymon has the rights to all Framptons fights in the states

possible but all that means is it would still be BT in UK since his promoter is Warren

So excited about this venture, British boxing had needed something like this for years

His U.K. promoter is warren yes but I think haymon would have the rights to sell is fights to whatever international broadcaster he chooses, maybe he has to compensate frank. I guess we will find out soon enough.

Does he actually have a deal with Warren or is working on a fight to fight basis with him?

Haymon doesn't have many UK fighters and to me this is more so getting his US cards picked up by a UK broadcaster...Or at least for now that is the plan. And then he probably hopes to attract some of the 2020 amateurs while signing other fighters to have a big enough stable to put on four-six UK shows a year.
You make a great point man. AJ's trainer, Rob McCracken, also happens to be the head trainer of GB's Olympic boxing team. I've heard he has some type of arrangement directly with the Hearns/Matchroom as well, which helped them land AJ in the first place as he was the trainer back in 2012 also.

Could be, Hearn certainly seems to get most of the top level Team GB fighters. I mean he didn't get Joyce, but that's more so an anomaly than anything. Just look at the top fighters from the 2012/16 classes and tell me from those which ones Hearn doesn't have. So the fact he keeps getting the best amateurs, has the biggest cash cow and Sky backing him, how exactly is he going anywhere? His position of strength of the UK market will not change until those amateurs start signing elsewhere.

                    4 things peaked my interest
1 they clearly see this deal as a way of getting their foot in the uk market aka this is only the beginning
2 60 former or current world champions plus 160 other fighters........ so pbc has a roster of 210 where who and how
3 fights...... not cards or shows just fights which means they may only bring say caleb plant vs jose versus broadcasting the whole show which is interesting.
4 us pbc quality fights....... u guys were just having a discussion on what uk fans pay for...... eubank and degale are big names so they may deserve ppv in the same way pac vs broner does.. but the point is if they want to raise the quality they will need fighters

So because Oscar Valdez is with Frank Espinoza he can sell his rights to any international broadcaster he chooses and Top Rank doesn't decide?

Of course Warren has the rights in the UK for TV. He also has a deal with ESPN+ for the US but being those aren't domestic rights there is a better chance PBC would have the US rights. Remember MTK Global is even higher up the totem pole than PBC when it comes to Frampton
