yea but he does do that i noticed it many years ago that floyd is that way, he acted that way with broner. he didnt want broner stealing his shine and broner was with him. he still cant retire and leave the sport without saying he was better he always has to brag and take credit away from other fighters when they have a big moment!! stay retired and respect up coming fighters or fight if your gonna talk!!

"Waaaah Floyd please stop being relevant so people pay more attention to me!!!!!" That's all I hear when I see boxers make this weak argument.
All these whiny ass promoters and fighters need to have a long, hard, look in the mirror and ask themselves why Floyd fighting some Japanese midget gets more media attention than the PPV events they're in charge promoting.Comment

Wilder is such a petty little b1tch. What a joke.
"Time and over again" Another Wilderism right there. Thick as mustard.
Hater? You're one of the biggest haters in the sport. Every day you're being bitter and poisonous about AJ. You're a hypocrite like your disgusting freak show fans.
Floyd doesn't want anyone to surpass him? Don't worry you idiot, you're coming nowhere near to getting close to even 2% of Floyds resume. Stop deluding yourself and get some self awareness real quick. You're doing nothing but embarrassing yourself.Comment

When Mayweather did his thing in the ring he was absolutely GREAT! One of my top five GREATEST of ALL TIME!! But Mayweather sounds ******ed when he refers to & compliments his up & coming fighters as "the next Mayweather" - and with other talk along those lines.....No one wants the sum total of their career to be like someone elses, especially compared to one who also has some other immature issues,....
Plus: If they never reach his PPV & financial status does that mean they've failed at their careers!?!? Thats the way theyre gonna gauge, or should gauge it from their promoter(?) who's supposed to "promote" them....
Everyone can't generate that Mayweather hoopla and it doesnt mean theyve "failed" cuz they didnt.....
I admire Wilders drive & ambition, especially towards A Juicin' J and his deluded GREEDY promoter! I think he's right about Mayweather, But Wilder has his own ****** hypocritical ways though. He deserves wants & needs all this respect from Mayweather(?), but he showed ABSOLUTELY NONE to Mike Tysons career, going off on a condescending mockery of the former champ (on a youtube video while driving in his car - and at other times)! He also use to say he'd have beaten Mike for sure - I think a (Rooney) primed Mike wouldve broke him in half....Comment

Everyone has an ego, Floyds is a ego-maniac nothing new there, take a look at the history of the world lots of Floyds have come and gone and many more to come, they dont live next to me or share my house .
I dont give a fck about out of the ring squabbles, what they do in the boxing ring is what really interests me, they can be an ass or a saint outside of the ring I really dont care that much.Comment

I don't know too much about Mayweather's fighters to be honest. Smith seemed to get his shots though. Jack is doing well. As for Tank, I think him stalling is as much to do with himself as much as anyone else.
Wilder's right about him wanting the attention. He will always come onto the scene when a big fight is announced or taking place. And seeing him in the ring after the fight (Jack - DeGale) and making it about him was cringeworthy.
But Wilder is getting all this off his chest because Mayweather had Fury well up at the halfway point? Lots of people did. It's not some kind of agenda.Comment
