Man shut the **** up with that "statistical" bull****, bottom line is no human alive could smack the **** out of a gorilla and not end up dead or critically injured in the hospital.

Poachers arent dumb, they know what the **** they are doing meaning when to back off and when to attack plus they have weapons and they dont do it alone, we are talking about one single person, going into a cage unarmed and instigating **** with a gorilla.

You must be a goddamn ****ing idiot to think the human is going to leave the cage all healthy walking all normal and **** let alone knocking a gorilla out.

Everybody's very quick to assume a gorilla would sweep 1 arm and knock tyson's head off. The comment about 1st round death for gorilla was pretty funny. But after reading the suprisingly readable article by Gene Tunney I'm not so sure. How many heavyweights today can write an article like that? I like his points about a boxer being tremendously more intelligent (even today's boxers) and trained in how to fight and where to punch.

Furthermore, a higher portion of their weight is in their stomachs as plant food. So they're not really that much bigger than humans. Because they walk on their knuckles, they're actually very short for a boxer. Especially today's 6'5"-7' heavyweight.

Gorillas are actually not violent either. Silverbacks will beat their chest, make loud noises, etc to fend off attackers. Only if really provoked will they charge.

So I'm siding with Gene Tunney and I say Tyson knocks out or scares a gorilla away.

Exactly gorilla's arent that big or strong . Mike knocks out the gorilla no problem . Infact the guys who compete in the strong men competitions are much bigger and stronger than any gorilla . These guys can bend iron bars and no gorilla can do that .

I read a gorrila is 10 times stronger than an olympic weightlifter. 1) who would want to fight a gorilla its cruel. 2) Who is ****** enough to fight a gorrila. Ive seen documentarys of gorrilas jumping around like phycos. Chimps can pull peoples arms off. A gorrila would pull tysons head off. Tyson might land a punch to. But a gorrilla will just jump on him bite scratch everything. Gorrilas are ****ing violent too! But probably not all of them, it might just be during mating season. But I dont know this! Gorrilas have better genetics for strength in the arms. AND look at them the they are always using there arms all the time. We dont do that do we? They are the tenth heavist terrestrial land mammal at 275kg
