Don't worry, Deontay will just keep on upping his price to make sure the fight never happens. Just like he's always done.
Provide the link; something written down, somewhere where those words are coming out of his mouth, etc.

Otherwise, you're full of **** because the offered number has never been corroborated as being North of $15m, with never an offer for a piece of everything.

    Nice try though

How true. Hearn lies so much he can't keep them straight. Often contradicts himself within the same interview.

You must be new here. The numbers on the official athletic commission contracts are always just a fraction of what they really make.

All fighters and promoters understate their purses because sanction fees and other deductions are based on a % of the purse.

Anyone saying this fight was bigger than Canelo/GGG II is a moron. Please point me to those posters though if more than one said it so I can not take their opinion serious in the future when it comes to PPV buys.

Yeah, but the Americans made all the excuses in the world for Wilder before. Can't do that this time. He's been well and truly exposed. Nothing is going to convince anyone otherwise. No matter the excuses.

Go and read all the YT comments on Wilder after the fight. Everyone is laughing at him and his ever growing list of excuses. Not many people have anything positive to say about him. And why would they, the dude is a straight clown. He even makes Khan look good. You know you've ****ed up when you're capable of doing that.
Wilder will be a big star if he KOs Fury in a rematch. You could bank on that. The PPV to ME is going to do close to a million buys and if he gets a KO in a hyped up rematch? Then good luck ever seeing him in non-PPVs.

Again, what made him get exposed against Fury when you said bums have won rounds off of him? Was he not technically ALREADY exposed heading into the fight? That makes no sense.

His excuses are bad indeed, but that fight was well received in the states and so was the performance of both fighters. YouTube comments aren't the true reality of the situation.

No, for them to be strong PPV fighters, they would have needed to be a decent version of Pacquiao on PPV, or more preferably Mayweather. Being American doesn't equate to doing better PPV numbers. You need the necessary opponents. Even if Spence beat Porter and then beat Crawford, he wouldn't be a huge PPV star. That's not how it works.

And I don't think Wilder even made this much. The number don't add up. If they were breaking even on 250,000 buys after giving Wilder a guarantee of 4 Mill, and Fury 3 Mill, the rest of the buys aren't going to make both much more than that.
It’s hilarious how everyone is moonwalking past this point. Hearn is right in saying the number is terrible when you look at it from that perspective.

I could argue that Wilder is more than an opponent but won't I will say though that even if you consider him just an opponent he is the one opponent for Joshua that is the more marketable and will generate the most revenue.
