Khan already has the upperhand at the negotiating table, I hate the prick but he has played it beautifully.

Brook confirmed he would accept Khan being the A-side, confirmed he would boil down to 147, confirmed he would accept the rehydration clause, what more does Khan want Brook to give up?

Maybe do the opposite of Mayweather/McGregor and insist on 10oz gloves?

Brook is effectively still in camp for the fight if he has a chance of making 147 so it has to happen next.

      You are thinking short term.
Win or lose against Crawford, a Brook fight will always be there for him.

But if Khan beats Crawford somehow, he is on the top of the world and he calls the shots on Brook.

It's a gamble sure, but if he loses on a decision where he does reasonably well, then his stock will rise exponentially. If he gets knocked out, its no biggie because that's what we're all expecting anyway. Brook will still fight him because nobody else can generate s big a payday for him as Khan can.

Absolute garbage from Hearn! No way will Khon and Broke both make 10million each from that fight and 70000 tickets on a live gate for two has-been-never-were's?! Get the flock outta here hahaha

Crawford is gonna be pissed if these Danny Garcia and Amir Khan overtures end up failing. I still stand by my original thoughts: https://www.boxingscene.com/forums/s...0&postcount=24.

It might be less money but if he wins he gets a belt to go with so not to bad for 1 nites work and that's a big if he can pull it off.

The only way a Crawford fight makes sense is if he figures the British public puts no expiration date on a Khan/Brook fight. Otherwise, why take a fight (Crawford) that will probably pay less, that he has no chance of winning??

My My My! Did Eddie Hearn believe that he was the only one with deep pockets too? The fact is Bob Arum has a very large budget with ESPN himself. He is offering Amir Khan a fortune for the Bud Crawford fight as compared to the Kell Brook fight and he will be a fool to turn it down.
