basically that he's a vegetable and only a miracle can save him at this point. they're asking for prayers (as if such thing helped)
This is the worst situation possible for a family, when they can only rely on "miracles" to save a member
They should just unplug the man and laid him to rest
having him like that it's painful for them to watch and it will only cost lots of money
money that could be better spent on raising his kids
that's what i'd ask if I ever ended up like that

According to that article Stevenson has severe traumatic brain injury and will likely suffer from brain damage and the resulting consequences of that (speech, body movement, paralysis, mental diminishment, etc.) Right now, they are just trying to make sure he survives. He remains in a coma as of the time of the news article. It doesn't look good for him. His wife is praying for a miracle. I hope he recovers enough to at least have some kind of life but it looks like he is going to need a miracle. I hope he doesn't end up a vegetable.Comment
