Huh? A big UFC event was on. I was going back and forth.

Oh yea I agree. That's how networks launch new shows. Put it behind a high rated show. Top Rank is doing the correct thing by doing this.

I want to see boxing on Saturday afternoon/evening following a college football game on on Sunday afternoon/evening following an NFL game or NBA game. I also want to see fights on Labor Day and Memorial Day.

Boxing can get good ratings if it's following a highly rated game or TV show
That's basically what it was. I can see future shows coinciding with big events, either sport or TV show.

I would suspect, I had a bunch of friends that never watch boxing that simply kept the channel on after the Heisman ceremony and were texting me about how they were watching boxing. Think that near immediate KO by Teofimo really helped too, convinced people not to change the channel

                I know about that.
I went down the local wanting to watch the Loma fight instead I got the UFC on every single tv they had in their.
I asked for the Loma fight to be shown on one of the TV's but unfortunately they couldn't get it cause it was shown thru an app.
                Tis ok though.
Holloway/ someone I can't remember was a very good fight.

IT was right after the Heisman Trophy Presentation it is suppose to get good ratings that is why it was put in that position to begin with. Regardless, I'm happy when boxing events do well rating wise regardless if it is Terrance Crawford right after a Alabama Football Game, Spence Jr right before the Olympics Closing Ceremony's or in this case Loma right after the Heisman Presentation which is a big deal in the US

Now that College Football Season is over it is Boxing Season Now!
