You can stab Brook in the leg if you at least let him suck you off so maybe you can train your technique with him.

            !!

Improvise kiddo! You can use old belts to tie a bag down and get something that weights a lot to tie it to on the bottom. An old tire, a tree section, old weights that people on craig's list are getting rid of... Me? I used an old girl friend, I dropped her like a stone...and the rest was easy.

Allow me to introduce myself... they call me ****** fabulous because before I will buy the fancy smanzy...well I was not raised that way. Speedbag? Take a nice soft cord, cost you about 3 bucks a yard, and tie it to something on the ceiling, you now have a ****** speed bag!!

My favorite is what I use to keep my hands tough, you like rice? well buy it in an oriental grocery, in a hemp bag, take the bag, fill it with dried red beans, leaving enough room in the bag to make a dent, you now have a hand conditioning pad. Put it against the wall, have a friend hold it, tie it down next to the heavy bag (thats what I do) on the post that comes with the bag. Hit that thing hard with the different parts of the hand, be careful! Seriously...You will hit it a lot harder than you think and crack a man's collar bone, or rib. Just be warned.

I noticed that Larry responded to your post. Larry is a great example of someone who has a great set up with nothing fancy smancy. Because I suspect if you asked him he might say something along the lines of, "all the money and training gear in the world is not worth a damn thing unless it can buy sweat, tears and blood."

My point here is that if you want to train, don't sweat the small stuff, people also make bags out of duffel bags and clothes, and self discovery starts with little more than Dedication. Find a few friends and start slow, work up. And if you think that gym is far away buster... want to know something? I used to come in from Baltimore, go through South Philly, little ole white me, rush back to the train station HOPING to make the 1130 pm Greyhound back, but often not, so I slept in the station til the morning... Because I wanted to train with this man in Philly. Lets just say you couldn't ask him "Sensei don't mean to interrupt but have to leave to catch my bus" unless you wanted free dental work I suppose. Dedication in punctuation is always capitalized.

I love the dedication man. But i enjoy boxing as a side thing. I originally introduced the idea to my friend and from there i enjoyed getting punched in the face. Obviously he was much better than me but i still enjoyed it. Im not trying to make this a daily or a grind thing. I enjoy fighting for fun. Thats why i want to do it. I dont want to train, workout eat right or anything like that (althought i do workout , and eat right) I just want to do it like its fun. For example I also play basketball i play pickup at a backyard 5 min from me. I never went to any workouts or anything like that just show up and play either 1 on 1 or in a 2 on 2 3 on 3 4 on 4 5 on 5. Im trying to do it casually. Nothing real.
