I can't understand what the heck is going on with Kell's weight. He's been struggling to make 147 for years and was advised by his previous trainer, Dom Ingle, and by his nutritionist/S&C team at Sheffield Hallam University, that it was time to move up to either 154 or 160.
Then he hooked up with this new guy, John Fewkes, and within a couple of weeks the weight has fallen off him and they are now saying that staying at 147 would be no problem.
Does anybody know if he is still with the same Nutrition/S&C team .. or has he moved on from them too?Comment
