It's the first knockdown people should be POed about

The 2nd KD was perfectly judged by Reiss. Fury was up at about 9.

But the 1st KD was an illegal back of the head shot. Where was Jack? There should replays in boxing.

Without that rd as a KD for Wilder, the extra point--or 2?--from Wilder to fury gives him 2 out of 3 judges for the split win and a career best and remarkable "Cinderella" comeback from adversity.

those were legal blows, that was a very well reffed fight. it's not easy to do that with giant guys.

See at about 4:40 they stopped at the frame. Looks clear it hit on the back of the head.

If you bend down below the waist of your opponent or turn your back while your opponent is throwing a punch and get hit in an illegal area then its your fault. Thats boxing 101. See the Bradley vs Lamont Peterson knockdown for another example of this.

It was kind of on the back of the head but that's a risk you have to take when you bend down like that. He wasn't hurt by it though, clearly a flash kd.

I never said it was deliberate, only that a shot there is not legal, therefore no KD.
If no KD, Fury would have won.

                  Exactly.

Fury bent down and by doing so he put himself in a vulnerable position. That was a legal punch. Too many people on this site are acting like fanboys and being overly irrational/ emotional. I thought Fury won but both of the knock downs were totally legal and Wilder showed a lot of heart. Both guys deserve credit, not ridicule and disdain.

No the shot is legal because Fury caused it to land there. Its not hard to understand.
