Yeah Arum just said on Tha Boxing Voice he is working on signing more Heavyweights so I believe Pulev could be the 1st of a few guys he is looking to sign to build up the Heavyweight Division on ESPN which is HOT Division Right now

Pulev would be a good choice & I would get Michael Hunter & a few of the rising prospects if possible. He already has Ruiz, Jennings & Co-promotes Parker. Even signing a couple guys like Kauffman & the 2nd & 3rd tier HWs to fill out under cards.
