        I reckon that's it, he needs to hit leg day 2-3 times a week. Bulk up dem calves and thighs, he'll have better movement and add even more explosiveness to his punches.
        Any physio or sport scientist could tell him that power is derived from full utilization of kinetic chains and anatomical slings.
        If he added a bit more power from a spring in his legs for THAT punch in the 12th round, Fury might not have got up.
