Why? He wasnt even knocked out. Why stop a fight if the fighter is still able to go on?

Wilder constantly lied, making promises of twitching on canvas. Fury didn't twitch on canvas. So you couldn't keep any promises, how do you think you deserved win?
Fury only claimed to outbox you badly and he did that.

Having watched the fight second time again me thinks Fury won. No doubt abart that whatsoever and the Ref was spot on on the count and Fury didn’t look troubled. He even came back with some shots of his to make Wilder back off when Wilder started with his Windmills. This looks bad on Wilder and next few months Fury would rave and rant which would only make Wilder’S stock take a nose dive.

“There is only oneeeeeee Tyson Fury!!!”

Fury went down so hard, that if the ref waved it off right there, he would have received some flack for not initiating a count, but not a lot of it.

Reiss proved that every situation is different though. He can see into a fighters eyes. He can tell if the eyes are glazed or alert.

He made the proper judgement call. He proved he is the kind of Ref that nearly every fighter would want as a 3rd man in the ring.

Wilder is the bit*c#iest heavyweight champ ever and more excuses than I can think of in modern history.
Fury was robbed of his special moment and all Wilder can think of is himself and own self pity. Furys got over it already, with his "it is what it is"attitude.
