Comments Thread For: Wilder: 9 Of 10 Refs Would've Waved Off Fury Fight In 12th Round

no because the 2rnds (with kdowns) + 2 other rounds = 6 pts/rounds but that still leaves 8 other fury rounds in the fight thereby giving fury an 8-6 win?Comment

Here is me thinking that boxers are allowed to get up before the ref counts to ten.
Wilder is an appallling heavyweight And fury proved thatComment

the 2 knock down rounds would count as 4 plus 2 other rounds would make it 6 ant there are 12 rounds!! what kinda math are you doin?
there are 12 rounds
so if wilder won 6 rounds thats half the rounds!!!
6 + 6 = 12Comment

Ok, we'll try it again, with apples.
These are 12 apples to represent 12 rounds. They look like "@"s but they are, in fact, apples.

You are giving 4 rounds to Wilder so we take away 4 apples and leave 8 apples.
@@@@
@@@@
@@@@
Now you want to give Wilder 2 extra points for the knockdowns but we don't take these points from the 8 apple pool because they are...BONUS APPLES.

So we end up with 8 apples to 6 apples, or, a 114(120-6 apples) -112(120-8 apples) victory for Fury. Comprende?

Got it i see what i did wrong there, hey but i can at least admit when im wrong!.....that being said i like botrh fighters so i really dont care who wins, for the sport of boxing its always good for the sport to have an american champion (in the heavyweight division that is) im starting to like tyson fury more after seeing how humble he is, ive never seen him fight before, just that old clip of him punching himself in the face!! that being said a draw actually works in fury's favor because he will make more money in a rematch so its actually good for him from a financial standpoint!!Ok, we'll try it again, with apples.

that being said i rewatched the fight and the one putting the pressure was wilder, then scoring 2 knockdowns, i mean its also tough for judges to take a champions title in a fight like that. but thats how boxing has always been when your a champion you sorta have an extra bonus point when a fight goes the distance.
but again i really dont have a prefference who wins i like both fighters!! but im starting to like fury more as ive been watching his interviews, hes a good dude..Comment
