I won’t argue with you either. They both have a rematch clause should either one take a loss. What threw a wrench was a draw on either side. Wilder doesn’t want to fight anyone other than Fury. You can skin your opinions any way you want, they both have a rematch clause.

All of the articles that I have seen show that Warren and the BBBofC are both writing to the WBC to order a rematch AND an investigation of the scoring because Fury doesn't have a rematch clause, only Wilder does.

Yeah, just let AJ continue to entertain his football/soccer stadium fans with uneven, bullshit, overmatched, boring fights while the true fans in America will be tuning in to be treated to the hotly contested and competitive ones.

At least Wilder and Fury love to fight. They will fight just about anyone you place in front of them and both are risk takers but Anthony Joshua is not. He always take the path to least resistance.

I just don't understand. How could any British fan be out of their fucking minds to purchase an Anthony Joshua Pay per view fight; That boring type of shit of boxing. On the other hand, Wilder is a candidate for having been nominated for at least two fights of the year already.

Oh, I do think they can get close to a million. The viewing public in stateside surely didn't take the fight as it seems like the Brits did. They were very satisfied with the fight and the 12th round drama plus the controversy after the fight will make the rematch huge. Fury's performance inside the ring and then post-fight was gold. They did around 350k buys with neither being a PPV fighter before this fight and supposedly being two unknowns. Guess what? They are known now and almost every big sports debate show or just sports show in general talked about the fight on Monday. That only happens to the big events. The buzz for the rematch will be crazy. And both fighters know how to sell a fight.

I called the numbers exactly what they would be and even said the live gate target should be $4-6 million which I think it was. Really do think they have a chance to hit a million in the rematch or at least get close to it. Heck, they may get close to the 700-900k range in the UK even at 4 am for the rematch.

It's going to do big numbers. May not get exactly to a million, but should be close. Like I said yesterday, anything below 700-750k buys, and it is a disappointment IMO.

From what I heard (and I can't validate it in any way) was that it did 900k in the UK. That may just be a rumour but I like that number as it bumps it over a million, which it deserves.

I think you're right about the 750k but it'll sell that easy imo. I think it would be 750k each!
