There is no contesting he was guilty of what he was convicted for but that does not include **** or pedophilia has some people have been claiming for years. He was not even charged with does counts and if you know a little about the court system and detective work they would not hesitate to charge him even if they were not confident in getting the conviction to influence the judge to dish out maximum sentencing for the other counts. If they couldn't get the victims to testified to that effect it means it did not happen. It all stems from Jesus Gonzalez who made that claim, that was one of the first fights Stevenson got good exposure in boxing and he was furious about the claims even said he would sue Gonzalez for defamation. He ended up brutally knocking him out and celebrating after which made him less sympathetic to the public.

I am not someone for judging people from things from the past. Also, Adonis is a human being like us and I am sad he in this condition. I hope from the bottom of my heart he beat this and recover and live a quality life like the rest of us. I hope his family stay strong in these dark times.

With that said, this is what makes boxing nerve wracking as hell to watch at times when a fight turns brutal. You imagine nothing can go wrong to your favorite fighter. Imagine a fighter you idolize, he has a tough fight and it turns him into a vegetable for the rest of his life.

Yeah, nothing can be more cruel than what this sport can do to you when it's not providing you with millions of riches. It really is a gamble of a sport to your own life each time you are in the ring. So damn sad.

First for all. I know Adonis Stevenson has a early life that was very edgy and very ***’d up and rather appalling. I ***ing hate pimps. They are the scum of the earth.

But as a good human, I can forgive him.

That being said, I’m sorry for what’s happened to him. It’s not easy being in a profession that can lead to this.
