It can affect every aspect of a victim's life. Many seek treatment often without success. you usually see this happening to lower tier boxers that are not known. very rare for a top fighter to suffer this fate. and boxing is doing a good job sweeping this tragic case under the rug because it'll reignite calls to ban the sport outright. if you go on dailymail and read this story all the comments are calling on boxing to be banned. when this story blows over Stevenson sadly will be forgotten because the sport wants to avoid bad press.

You are ignoring what I wrote about you're being dead wrong: Making that threat of sticking a knife in her anus is a crime itself. And as I noted he was charged with that crime of threatening.

So it's irrelevant to the law whether he then committed another crime of going through with that threat. It's brought up precisely because that threat was a crime. Look up laws on menacing, threatening etc.

You also don't seem to be able to consider any of this from the victims' lifetime PTSD POV. And you only cite or quote what AD said in court as if it were true or had to be true, when many, perhaps the vast majority of defendants, lie to try to get found not guilty.

Addn'l: You also ignore that some of the victims may have been too traumatized or too threatened to testify in court. Perhaps this is why the 2 got light sentencing.

I would not be here trying to make any points in Stevensons favor if he had gone through with the threats and if he was really a pedophile. 20 years after and people wish him to die or be permanently disabled because they believe he did does things. All i'm saying is that his crimes were terrible but he is a reformed man by all accounts. Even you stated that he in fact did does things in your other post but you wouln't be able to say it if you just took 5 minutes to READ THE ARTICLE. Why is every Stevenson hater so afraid to do that.
