This sounds kinda ****** to me that their boxing in a cage,I too wanna hear the rules etc.,like do they get to wear shoes,& what happens when a boxer gets cut up & put in a coma in the 1st rd because a huge puncher smashed their head into the cage? Unlike mma, boxers punch powerfully enough to truly smash heads open on a cage.

Having enough power to punch so hard to smash a head through a cage is a stretch to assume a fighter in either sport can do. I wouldn't worry about that. Peiople are and have been getting that much damage to the brain without a cage, number one. Secondly, as far as hard punchers in general goes, MMA has more powerful punchers than you think.

Boxing with elbows and knees IS MMA.

MMA is the one where they lie down on each other in the cage. I was talking about a fight in a ring with no laying and rolling.
