Was Fury really unconscious?

No he wasn't. You don't have your eyes wide open when you're unconsious. Look at amir khan. His eyes were rolled back. Not too mention the punch that wilder landed was not devastating at all.https://i.imgur.com/RhJwNrz.gif
See how he puts out his left arm to break his fall and coming contact with the canvas--even after the 2nd punch.Comment

He was 95% out of it for 4-5 seconds, still conscious, but almost gone. People trying to discredit him getting up like he did have an agenda in my opinion. It was a very rare moment tin the history of sport that we witnessed, enjoy it, don't knock it.Comment

And that's exactly how a fight should be officiated. I wish more ref's saw things like that. Fury said Reiss was literally the best ref he'd ever been in there with.Reiss lives in my town and we ran into him a week before the fight at some restaurant while we were having some drinks. He told us he was going to ref the Wilder/Fury fight and told us it was going to be crazy trying to separate both those big guys but also said he was going to let the fighters decide the fight and was going to give them every chance to keep fighting and not cause any controversy by stopping the fight early.Comment

Hopefully we run into him again to ask him about the fight. Would be nice to see get his perspective about the last round. I know he frequents the restaurant we go to so pretty sure we will.Comment
