I don't think so... Fury was only trying to buy some seconds before getting up. It's obviously a huge left hook.

See how he puts out his left arm to break his fall and coming contact with the canvas--even after the 2nd punch.
I'm just glad that the ref didn't overreact because I've seen fights stopped with way less dramatic knockdowns.

Was he ****. I think he stayed down on purpose to give himself time and to make sure he got back up with steady legs.

That's what it was. He is not gonna rush up and look out of balance for a second so the ref can stop the fight. He is too smart for that.

He was a champion with a champions heart. That’s why he got up.

His head didn’t bounce off the canvas, have been saying so since the fight. According to the referee he was grimacing at 5. And he responded to his instructions.

The fact that he had clear legs, followed the refs instructions after getting up and then proceed to give Wilder back some heavy shots of his own shows me he wasn’t unconscious.

                      He wasn't.

The ref just did an interview with fight hype and said Fury has his eyes closed but was grimacing, which probably means he was annoyed for being knocked down and knowing he was on the floor, then he opened his eyes and got up.

There's no way you're going from being out cold to have your legs under you and fighting back like that.
