No worries man. I have to say though, I don't know what percentage of Brit fans think the same way as me! Joshua has a lot of fans, more people who aren't hardcore boxing fans though it seems to me, due to the way he's been heavily marketed by Hearn as a squeaky clean crossover star.
I think I'm definitely in the minority percentage though.
I think the fight at the weekend, combined with Joshua's uninspiring performances in his fights since Klitschko, are slowly starting to change a lot of people's minds about who is the UK's number one heavyweight.

I'm from 10-15 miles away from where Fury is from, outskirts of Manchester, but I never used to support him just because he was local to me. I didn't realise how good he was and thought he was a fat crazy gypsy, but I came to realise he's excellent, and also has big cojones!

Like I've already said numerous times on this thread, it's not that Khan is scared of getting beaten - t's that he's specifically scared of being KO'd by Brook, as it would be a huge humiliation for him in the UK.
He's spent the last 6 years belittling Brook - saying he's the bigger star, he's in a different superstar league, Brook has never fought anyone etc etc.

If Brook shatters his china chin again, he would never live it down in the UK.
He'd literally rather be knocked out by anyone else other than Brook.

Something else they both have in common, other than Khan's wife.

I agree with your point on Joshua. He just fell into the perfect recipe. Although I can't take anything from him or what he has done. he is definitely not the best fighter England has produced, but his crazy numbers would seem to show other wise.

But as far as your view on fury, that's exactly how I seen it. I viewed him as a big uncoordinated oaf, but he truly won me over with his skill this past Saturday.i was wrong about him

Yeah I changed my mind after the Klitschko win. He's physically not impressive, but he's incredible light on his feet for his size, flexible, has good skills and a great boxing brain. The thing about him too he is actually a winner mentally. He is not there to lose. A lot of Brit fighters, not all, but a lot seem to mentally accept defeat too easily, especially when they fight in America. When he in under pressure, he steps up, he doesn't crumble, as he showed again on Saturday.

Thank goodness for a little neutrality. When I saw Fury uppercut and almost knock himself out, I laughed so hard I spit out my beverage. No way this goof was a threat, but now my eyes tell me he's something special. My eyes, not Eddie Hearn. As far as Khan goes, his chin is his failing not his heart. He gets in with the big boys, but he gets carried out, that's all.

I would buy that theory. And I am confused why he doesn’t take the Brook fight. The fight in the UK between Khan & Brook would be a HUGE fight over there. And I have Brook winning by stoppage too. I just don’t think Khan at this stage of his career should be getting in the ring with any strong punchers like Brook, Spence, Garcia, Thurman, or Manny. Samuel Vargas hurt him a few times & almost stopped him.

AJ ****** his wife and got her pregnant. In response, Khan apologized to him for making it public and ended up raising his baby... I do believe that AJ is avoiding Wilder, but Khan shouldn't even be mentioning that guy.
