Did Fury make a tactical error in the 12th or do we give Wilder credit?

I was thinking that. He does show boat a bit too much and it cost him. He should have done a Floyd and ran for 3 minutes in the 12th. In the 9th he got complacent too and he got knocked down.

But I suppose that's Fury. He is eccentric and is a happy go lucky kinda guy.

Tactical error. Wilder is so bad that he can only land on good fighters that make tactical errors or gas out. Fury pushed his **** in.

Yep this. Especially with those bombs being a straight right hand and following up with the hook. Instead of the wide looping overnight right that Fury ducked away from all night.

He gassed and stood still for too long. It happens. Especially when you’re off peds.

No need for excuses. Your man was lucky to wake up at all.

It is both because Fury should have not allowed Wilder to get any sort of opportunity like that in the 12th and if he didn't he would have won even if he did nothing and lost the round.

Wilder kept at it and tried to make something happen and almost did. It happened to be enough to get him a draw.

i think he did well to even avoid it for so long (except the first knockdown which was his own fault showboating seconds before) wilder can KO you at any moment Fury fought almost the perfect fight..almost

You all are praising wilder for his two knock downs, but they were not even great knockdown attributed to wilder, this was more on tyson getting sloppy. Wilder set up better punches at other parts of the fight but simply couldn't connect. From me, no credit to him what so ever except the fact that he suprised me with having something in his tank at the end.

I dont blame him, he was probabky thinking he couldn't afford to give take a round off cause of a potential robbery.

If you let a dangerous puncher hang around too long this will be the end result . Fury had the ability to really break Wilder down and do significant damage but he held back a lot. For good reason I know but had he turned it up more offensively Wilder would have been done. He was landing easily on Wilder and hit him with flush right hands , but he didn’t step into the punch enough. I was surprised he didn’t knock Wilder on his ass because he definitely could have
