Drug testing is flawed, wouldn't unannounced lie detector tests be better?

wouldn't it be better to just use lie detector test be better then drug testing, drug agencies are open to bribes and corruption and falsifying the data, shouldn't they use regular announced lie detector tests and shouldn't these administered by government officials' ,I think a lot of fighters,probally most would be *****ting in their pants....
