I will state the obvious for the caneedle fans. He only has faced (1) “great” fighter still in his prime Mayweather and he lost. And let me emphasize “great” AT THE TIME caneedle fought them.

1. Cotto-was past his prime
2. Mosley-was past his prime
3. Lara- not a “great” fighter, will not be in the Hall of fame
4. Trout, not a “great” fighter will not be in the Hall of Fame
5. GGG- arguably beat Caneedle TWICE

...and remember, a LOT of people believed Lara was robbed!

GGG is also a legend that fought at MSG 6 Times, where Canelo refused to fight him wirhout the protection of the NV Commission and scoring. Canelo picked the weakest champion to fight at 168, drained Chavez to 164 and lost to GGG twice, after vacating the WBC title when he was supposed to fight him in his prime. Canelo fought better in the second fight, but still didn’t win

Laughing at you trying to discredit all these fighters when GGG doesn't have a single win anywhere near this list. His best wins are lemieux and Jacobs and BOTH were already knocked the phuk out years before he fought them by B class fighters, in the case of lemieux not just 1 but 2 bad loses to B and C class fighters. And many feel Jacobs beat GGG. Cotto who you discredit before he fought canelo he destroyed Geale GGG's 3rd best win. The rest of GGG's wins were bums. Canelo better resume and at 28 he's already beat 3X the amount of fighters who have held a world title. Hell fielding is a stay busy opponent and he's better then 80% of GGG'S wins.

Carlos was shot by the time he fought Canelo. Why anyone would bring that up as a way to paint a positive picture of him I don't know.

Canelo only wants to fight the best? Is that why he dropped his title and ducked Golovkin for nearly 2 years? Is that why he cherry picked smaller and shot fighters most of the time? Is that why he's moving up to fight a non world class fighter in Fielding and trying to cast himself off as some kind of 3 weight world champion?
