That's false. Finkel agreed to terms and said it was more then fair but not ideal. Wilder changed his mind because it had no date or venue which neither did the Fury fight . Wilder s outlandish offer was not a contract it was a offer. If a manager or promoter requests a formal contract the other party is obligated to provide one, n not only was Hearn denied one but Finkel refused to meet Hearn that he set up.
