the inter-divisions are designed to reduce the size disparity between a smaller fighter and a larger fighter who compete in the same division

removing them would lead to a lot more bouts with size disparity

you must hear the crying from punters who, for example, called Jacobs cheat for being too big, despite the fact that he made weight..... why make that situation worse?

I’m talking about getting rid of 168, not all of the inter divisions. Mathematically it would make sense.

And as for the Jacobs thing, people didn’t consider him a cheat for being too big, they considered him a cheat for skipping the IBF same day rule for an advantage.

that would lead to fights with greater weight disparity both at MW and LHW..... so, it doesn't really make sense

the con's, would be greater weight disparity at MW/LHW.....

        ..... what are the pro's?

..... because, they said he was unfairly BIGGER than Golovkin

which is nonsense, because he weighed 160 at the official weighin

how will that kind of nonsense change, with greater weight disparity within divisions?
