Hopefully, we can forget about AJ vs Wilder after Dec 1st.

AJ vs Fury will be a bigger and better fight by far.

Strange timing for Eddie to be coming out with this knowing Deontay will be focused on next Saturday. If Eddie is thinking AJ vs Fury is the bigger fight, then who's to say he's not trying to distract chicken legs? Fury - AJ would do bigger numbers and Fury might well pack it in again if he gets brutally ko'ed - which is hardly impossible and then AJ Fury never happens. Even if Deontay loses he's still likely to keep fighting and it would still be a huge fight vs AJ down the line.

Actually no, with Wilder having a rematch clause you won't be getting AJ vs Fury next anyways.

AJ vs Fury would definitely be a bigger UK fight. It would be the biggest UK fight of all time PPV wise. However, the Wilder fight is still bigger overall.

Everyone I mean everyone is writing off Tyson Fury. The last time that happened he beat Wladmir Klitschko. Let's not write the gypsy king off just yet.

Fury has a higher profile worldwide than Wilder and is probably better known in the States too. He's a better talker and has tons more charisma than Deontay.

If he pulls it off next weekend a fight between him and AJ would be bigger even in the States than AJ/Wilder would have been, especially if he has to beat the Can Crusher twice.

Even in the US Fury is more popular than Wilder, the one selling the tickets is Fury. If you have been at any of the press conferences you would have realized that Wilder basically has no fans and everyone is supporting Fury.

Wilder is a none factor in popularity.

Lol .. Wilder has to give away tickets to fill small venues in his own home town! He is better known in the UK than he is in the US.
