I think Usyk is big enough and skillful enough to beat the best heavyweights but he isn't much of a puncher at heavyweight. I think Miller is the most dangerous heavyweight opponent Usyk could possibly face. Not because Miller weighs so much but because Miller is smart with fast accurate powerful combinations. He throws about 70 punches a round on average compared to about 35 punches a round for most of the other top heavyweights. I think Miller beats Usyk and probably wins by KO.
