jabs literally can be utilized for every single aspect of that scoring criteria. Lmaoooo. Seriously, have you ever boxed? Have you even played fight night at least? Lol. Jabs can be considered clean /hard punches, they can be considered effective aggression if you're being active with the jab and popping your opponent in his face, ring generalship, you can control entire fights with your jab. Have you ever seen Ali or Larry Holmes fight??? And this may come as a shock to you, but jabs are utilized for defense as well as they can keep your opponents offense at bay and keep you out of trouble. Ima start charging you for these tutoring sessions.

It was even discussed last night on the hbo telecast how top boxers have multiple variations to their jabs. I'd prove to you what I know about boxing in a ring, but you're 60 yrs old. You'd probably break a hip with the first jab you tried to throw.
