    Okay?

Canelo is moving up a division after 2 fights at MW against the hypejob/wannabe boogeyman where he outboxed him, bad.

Moving 3 weight classes in 5 fights is very, very impressive especially against champion caliber opposition:

    - Liam Smith 154
    - JCC Jr 164
    - Gennady 160
    - Gennady 160
    - Fielding 168

MW is somewhat stacked with Gee, DJ, Jermall, BJS, Andrade, and Sergei. None of those guys has emerged though...so they need to fight each other
a belt? Cmon now. You know that regular WBA belt is a compete joke.

80 percent of people didn't even have him winning either fight yeah so bad

but nice way to try to change zoom and change the argument. rocky fielding is not the legit champ. he was in fact ko'd by the guy who is the legit champ. calling him a champ is just buying into their semantic argument of calling the interim champ the regular champ because we all know what the word regular means but in this case it means interim.

you don't get extra credit points for beating bums at heigher weight classes. if anyone else at 168 beat rocky fielding it would go completely unnoticed. because a guy moving up from 160 does it doesn't give it special meaning.

you guys should be saying that Canelo is ducking CHARLO

Charlo..... is the guy you can use for that

            then..... Andrade
Canelo is in a really good position right now and has been for a while, where he has to fight everyone, back to back to back to back. And if he doesn't he's avoiding them, even if he has already fought better fighters. What do these high standards sound like? Same thing Mayweather was a victim to. But really it's just high praise. No one wants to see GGG vs all these guys they want Canelo to fight, because deep down inside they don't think much of him.

can't wait to hear who Golovkin will be fighting next

I bet you no matter how bad he is, Golovkin gets a free pass

              again

              and again

              and again

              and.....

80%? You got a source for that? Or are you just pulling numbers from air?

Heres a real source of people that do this - for real

You're right that Rocky isnt a great opponent, but in perspective fine.

                Sept, 2016 - Liam Smith @ 154
                May, 2017 - JCC Jr. @ 164
                Sep, 2017 - Gennady @ 160
                Sep, 2018 - Gennady @ 160
                Dec, 2018 - Rocky @ 168

In 24 months this dude jumps three weight classes...beats a weak champ at 154 (although Canelo was "the guy" at that weight), outboxes the boogeyman TWICE at 160 despite a year layoff in between, and fights a soft opponent in his 3rd weight class.

Not bad by any stretch. Hell people like you defend Vanes as an opponent over Andrade and Sergei...so Fielding should be PFP #2 by your logic

It's a good win but clearly not career defining. That fact that Canelo weighed 154 in September of 2016 and now will fight at 168 in December of 2018 while winning all of his fights...is rightfully impressive

daggum - are you okay guy?

you just referred to Liam Smith, Chavez jr and fielding as champion level opposition. Lmaoooooo. You fool. Having a belt at some point in your career doesn't make you champion level. Those 3 guys were/are c level fighters.

Yep, that sums up his whole career.

Smith, Fielding, and JCC have all been champions at one point in their career. There are 4+ "champions" per weight class today. It's not right, but that's boxing today and to say "bullcrap" isnt badmouthing me..its badmouthing boxing (rightfully so).

Nonetheless those 3 are champion level guys.

Which is why it's so crazy that Golovkin made it to so many PFP lists (not mine, ever) as he STILL has only 5 champions in 40 professional fights. That means 5 guys hes fought were ever, at the time, or went on to become champion.

His competition was really THAT BAD.
