I think he'd benefit from shaving off 20 or 30 pounds, dramatically.

To this point, he hasn't exactly fought anyone who has been the type to run him off his feet. The elite level is full of guys with big tickers and big batteries - I don't think he's in good enough condition to go 12 with an AJ or Wilder.

I want him to hit 350, ideally 400 if possible. Jarrell Miller is like if a power gamer made a boxer in a video game and min-maxed his weight so that Miller has max power, toughness, and poise. I want to see this wretched concept succeed.

They said at one point in his career he was 250ish pounds.
He was also popped for steroids. He needs to lose 30-40 pounds. He couldn’t even celebrate his win he literally ran to the ropes and was stretching out LOL
He had a cold going into the Dinu match. Watch his match against Dauhaupas. His stamina is no joke (315lbs and threw over 60 punches a round for 12 rounds)

His weight now is fine, he’s built like a power lifter and carries it the same way. As he gets older though, and fights bigger threats, I can see him trimming down. Problem with powerlifters isn’t they don’t want to trim down because they lose strength.

Whatever he feels comfortable at, he should fight at.

                He looks fine to me.

I’ve not seen his last fight but he looked good to me against Wach and the Frenchman.

                He’s definitely a problem.

Depending on the odds if he gets in with AJ or Wilder I will bet some cash on him.

I think both match ups just become fights. At that size and bringing that sort of pressure I can’t see a boxing match breaking out.

Having the best part of 100 pounds on Wilder? That’s no joke.

We hear about Wilder’s being ‘farm strong’ hmmm.

If I was handling Wilder I think Miller is one I’d swerve.

Yes he does, over 300 pounds is too much and his agility and fitness will go down from now on natural since he's over 30yo.

at the end of the day, Miller's trainers have said that with his output and skills, he doesn't need to lose any weight right now. NSB posters know better, and disagree with professional trainers.

Must admit that he got his leg over the top rope pretty easily for a 315lbs man. Got to give him that!
