dazn is aware hearn is talking to ward about an aj fight. so maybe they are hinting. ward wants to test the waters at heavyweight first against a david price or someone of that ilk. hean wants him to fight aj right away. plenty of time to sort it out. in the end i dont think ward fights aj in april unless hearn offers something massive like 20 million and theres not enough money in the fight to offer that.

      I think they're hinting at a JayZ/Michael B. Jordan fight.

Its a stretch of a hint. But I think many of us are thinking Ward could comeback still & if he does its likely to be with DAZN cuz the main two guys being discussed as opponents are Joshua & Usyk. So it could be foreshadowing of sorts or just a random thing cuz Ward's name is getting brought up more lately. Ultimately Ward is gonna decide it doe & I doubt DAZN currently knows 100% anything even if discussions are happening.

And personally I hope Ward stays retired. I wanna see more guys leave on their own terms vs fighting well past their best or well past they making enough money where getting hit in the head makes less sense just to get a lil more money.

Yeah its a bit of a stretch, but that DAZN account started following Canelo and the Golden Boy crew about a week before the official announcement came.

Why would Ward ever come back? He is rich with a fun easy high paying job. His wrestling mauling infighting style won't work on good fighters 25 to 60 pounds bigger and stronger than himself and I give him no chance to beat Usyk or AJ. There is a reason Ward has said nothing about coming back and that is that he isn't coming back.
