Wilder-Fury U.S. PPV price set at $75

If Wilder wins impressively, his star power increases tremendously. He'll be back on Showtime or Fox and then the Ortiz rematch is probably PPV as well. That could do upwards of over 500K. It doesn't take much to outgross UK revenue in the US. 500K PPV in the US = 1.5m in the UK. But Wilder has to prove it first.

I think this is the new direction that his are going to take, his name has been propelled over the last 6 months and we all know why. Finally he doesn’t need to beg for the Joshua fight. And that’s great for him, I still don’t know how he can fight anyone else yet with the WBC mandatory shot owed to Breazeale not sorted out yet.

The WBC has already come out and said they will step aside and delay the mandatory if Wilder/Joshua takes place next. So, assuming Wilder beats Fury, he will be fighting Breazeale next, unless he fights Joshua for the undisputed HW championship bout.

Yeah I know the WBC would allow undisputed fights, but we don't know how everything is going to play out after December 1st, does Fury have a rematch if he loses? Would he be allowed to activate that right away? Breazeale mandatory called if no agreement between Wilder and Joshua again? I mean would the WBC allow Ortiz to fight Wilder first before a Fury rematch or Breazeale? We shall know more in december.

Agreed. If he beats Fury, I think he fights Breazeale and then Ortiz. As Hearn said, there was a short window to make the Joshua fight. I think at this point Team Wilder doesn’t care, for lack of a better term. We’ll see what happens.

You're certainly entitled to your opinion, but the undercard is much stronger than the typical PPV undercard in the US.

Showtime is giving Adonis Stevenson and Julio Cesar Chavez for free as a lead up to the PPV, and the PPV has Jarrett Hurd and Luis Ortiz.

Hurd is a unified champion that is a main event PBC fighter now and Ortiz is typically a PBC co-feature. Adonis Stevenson, Julio Cesar Chavez, Jarrett Hurd and Luis Ortiz is a lot of star power that night leading to the main event.

PBC and Showtime need to come to the realization that most people will no pay for a PPV fight( unless it's Spence/Crawford or Wilder/Joshua). Anything else, they'll find a stream online or wait till it's uploaded.

Your paying a one time fee for a big heavyweight fight people want to see. I rather pay for that than pay for 5 months of garbage fights on ESPN+ and DAZN. There's a reason why I cancelled both DAZN and ESPN+.

I don't think he avoids the revenue question, he's addressed it in several interviews. My point is that Fury is as high profile of an opponent as you can get outside Joshua, and Joshua himself has done those types of numbers with Parker.

People pay for what they wanna see. If people want to pay $75 to have a fight night party and watch Wilder/Fury, they'll pay it. Just like there's people who are willing to pay $10 a month for garbage fights on DAZN. To each their own. I'll be in Seattle on a lil get weekend get away so I hope to catch it at a bar and I'll pay a cover if I have to.

Incorrect, you can always find them on BARB after the event. The Mayweather-mcgregor numbers were false reports just like the 6.5 million report for US buys, there was never a source on it apart from. Speculation by Dana White

These numbers I think are accurate and a lot of them have been confirmed by reputable news sources.
