I don't think he will. Only yesterday he ruled out the possibility of an AJ rematch:

Wladimir Klitschko has no interest in returning from retirement for a rematch with Anthony Joshua, his manager has confirmed.

sparring at 250 lbs is definitely different from playing recreational basketball . nba players rarely come out of retirement. boxers do it all the time. retired HW get offers all the time.

in this case particularly i don't see wladimir coming back, but let's call a spade a spade.

I seriously doubt it. Most boxers who come back in their 40s typically face money problems or have nothing else in their lives. This dude speaks 4 languages and holds a PhD. If he can't find something to do after a boxing career, it would be shocking.

I'm never surprised when guys comeback unless they are over 50 (as the recent Nigel vs Chris Sr fight did) so nah I wouldn't be surprised if Wlad came back.

If a Charles Martin became champ and gave wla d first opportunity to get belt then maybe.
But whilst josh, wilder, fury are walking earth maybe not

No, he looked old against Fury and that was three years ago. He's had a long career, he should enjoy retirement. He deserved it.

Come back and do what? Lose to these younger fighters?
