Loeffler ****ed up. He let everyone know that VADA has been telling Golovkin when he will be tested.

I'm a little confused about exactly what's gone on here myself, but I'm pretty sure that ain't it.

During the Povetkin scandal I think I remember reading that once they have you biometric passport (?) the tests don't have to be random in order to catch you. I'll see if I can find it

I'm no expert but I'm guessing that the major performance enhancing drugs stay in your system for a while. At least boxers are finally getting tested. It's not perfect but it's a start.
