And he's doing full Vada, so he's not cheating! I think he's starving himself, and just winning off pure will! I have a feeling Hurd will go the way of Kell Brook @ 147! At some point, it's just too much to make weight, and he won't have that bounce in rds. 9-12!

I'm still waiting for the announcement of J-Rock vs. Takeshi Inoue! J-Rock and Takeshi Inoue are #2 and #3 in the WBO rankings! If Munguia beats Hogan, then the winner should be set for a WBO title fight next Spring/Summer! I need that!
I don't think he is speculating. Espinoza in his interview yesterday mentioned that he was confident SHO will be airing the Hurd/Charlo unification in the first half of 2019.

I think Inoue may go the Munguia route. Well, that was the last I heard about it. So JRock would face the next guy in line to become mandatory.

I hope not! I want to see J-Rock get a shot at a title ASAP! If Inoue is not next, then I would like to see J-Rock vs. Lubin! Interested to see what Cunningham does with Lubin! J-Rock is WBC #1, and Lubin is WBC #5! Would definitely be a decent scrap! MAN UP!

He said he wanted another tune up fight before facing Charlo?? You right that ain't good

Just like he put Glass Chin Danny Jacobs in ICU? GTFOH

I think Lubin gets back in the mix with top contenders in 2019. He will get one more easy fight and then be ready to rock. Young fighter that got sparked early last year so they are trying to bring him up slowly. Let him get his confidence back and then put him with the best.

Maybe JRock vs Hogan for the final eliminator?

youth is the reason, as he ages he wont be able to cut like that. Just like Canelo stopped being able to drain to 154-155. I just saw a video where Hurd said his current weight was 190lbs

If he didn't feel that way then I would say he should retire and come and join us on this forum and praise every other fighter but himself

I like Hurd's confidence. Win, lose or draw, he is willing to fight anyone, and calls out all the top fighters. That is refreshing to hear; in this era of ducking a dangerous fighter for as long as possible, unless they think they can beat anybody.
